Чабаев Лёма Тепсуркаевич, born on February 2, 1957, in Temirtau, Kazakh SSR, is a Chechen journalist and politician. He served as the editor of the newspaper 'Маршо' and was involved with the Wainekh Democratic Party. Between August and September 1991, he was a member of the press center for the Congress of the Chechen people. In October 1991, he was elected as a deputy of the Parliament of Chechnya and later became the head of the parliamentary press service in 1992.
