Mingyur Dragpa Senge is the 4th Jamgon Kongtrul and a prominent lama within the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. Born on December 17, 1995, in the Kathmandu Valley, he is recognized as a reincarnation of the great Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye. He started studying Buddhist texts and practices at a young age and later studied at a Buddhist Institute. He travels globally to teach and inspire Buddhist practice, having been granted the Red Crown by the 17th Karmapa in 2016.
