Alexander Vladimirovich Kashchenko is a Soviet and Ukrainian specialist in architectural education, born on May 30, 1949. He holds a Doctorate in Technical Sciences, obtained in 1985, and became a professor in 2005. Kashchenko is the dean of the architecture faculty at KNUCA and a full member of the Ukrainian Academy of Architecture since 2007. He serves on the Presidential Council of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine and is the deputy chairman of the scientific and methodological commission for architecture at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
