Tô Thường, born Tô Văn Thường on July 9, 1955, is a Vietnamese police general and politician. He served as a deputy in the National Assembly of Vietnam for the 12th term (2007-2011) representing Hà Tây Province. He was also a member of the National Defense and Security Committee in the same term. From 2010 to 2015, he held the position of Director General of the General Department of Police under the Ministry of Public Security.
