He served as the director of the State Enterprise 'Kyiv Research and Design Institute of Land Development' from 2003 to 2016. In 2007, he was honored as a distinguished worker of agriculture in Ukraine and received the title of 'Honored Land Management Specialist of Ukraine.' Additionally, he is the chief editor of the journal 'Land Management, Cadastre, and Land Monitoring.'
