Arseniy Vasilyevich Lovyagin (February 21, 1908, Volodino, Tver Province) was a Soviet scientist and educator. He was a candidate of physical and mathematical sciences and served as an associate professor. From 1939 to 1945, he was the director of the Stalingrad Mechanical Institute.
