Arkadiy Petrovich Nikolsky (March 19, 1902 – December 21, 1964) was a Soviet scientist and livestock breeder. He graduated from the Moscow Agricultural Academy in 1923. He worked as a director and lecturer on animal husbandry in a technical school and served as chief livestock technician in a regional management body. Nikolsky contributed significantly to the development of dairy cattle breeding in Perm and was one of the creators of the Ural sub-breed of Black-Spotted cattle. He obtained his doctorate in agricultural sciences in 1946 and became a professor in 1948.
