Boris Mikhailovich Gusev (born January 15, 1926) is a Russian engineer and scientist specializing in the processing of radar information. He graduated from the Gorky Polytechnic Institute in 1951 and worked at a radiotechnical factory before joining MNIIRÉ «Altair», where he held several positions until 1999. He contributed to the development of digital automation devices and led the design of radar processing systems for naval vessels. Gusev authored 39 scientific works and received the USSR State Prize in 1977, among other accolades.
