方弢 (1912年12月8日－1951年11月3日)，原名方澤豪，廣東省惠來縣人，為中國共產黨員。1935年，他加盟共青團，並於1937年加入共產黨。在抗戰期間，他曾任宣傳部長，後成為基隆中學的教務主任。1949年，方弢與妻子遭捕，因與叛亂有關而於1951年被槍決。
