Viktor Khristoforovich Kormann, born on February 16, 1947, is a Soviet and Russian mechanical engineer and entrepreneur. He served as the general director of the Ural Automobile Plant from 2003 to 2013 and has been a deputy in the Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk Oblast since 2011. He is a laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation (1998) and holds a Doctor of Economic Sciences degree (2001), as well as being a professor.
