Nina Ivanovna Grinyeva (December 27, 1927 – August 10, 2018) was a Soviet and Russian scientist specializing in molecular biology and bioorganic chemistry. She held a Doctor of Chemical Sciences degree and was a professor. Her research focused on treatment methods for oncological diseases of the blood system, particularly through targeted inactivation of oncogenes using alkylating derivatives of oligonucleotides. Grinyeva was awarded the Lenin Prize in 1990 alongside Professor D. G. Knorre.
