Arkady Grigoryevich Kramarev (January 13, 1938 – October 4, 2018) was a Soviet and Russian public official, military figure, and politician. He served as the chief of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast from November 5, 1990, to April 13, 1994, and was a deputy in the Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg from 1994 to 2011. Kramarev held the title of Honored Lawyer of the RSFSR since 1987 and was a Major General of Militia in 1991, and he also served as the Ataman of the Saint Petersburg Cossack Society.
