Blagoy Markov Chubriyev was a Bulgarian politician affiliated with the Bulgarian Communist Party. He served as the chairman of the Executive Committee of the Municipal People's Council in Mihaylovgrad from April 1978 to December 1983. Additionally, he held the position of secretary of the city committee of the BCP from 1973 to 1978 and was the deputy chairman of the Executive Committee of the Municipal People's Council from 1983 to 1985. He also served as a municipal and district councilor.
