Vitaly Makarovich Ryabkov (May 8, 1938 – December 27, 2010) was a Soviet Russian scientist and educator. He served as a professor and was a Doctor of Technical Sciences, specializing in metallurgy. He was the rector of the Magnitogorsk State Technical University from 1976 to 1989, contributing significantly to the field of metallurgy and education during his leadership.
