Yuri Kirillovich Neymyvakin (March 25, 1932 - August 29, 2009) was a Soviet and Russian scientist known for his contributions to geodesy, land management, and their information support. He became a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1993, earned a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in 1977, and was a professor by 1979. From 1980 to 1997, he served as the rector of the State University of Land Management, an institution he was closely associated with throughout his life, and was named an honorary professor in its legacy.
