Irving Koo Yee Yin, born on October 13, 1947, is a former Chairman of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Art, and a distinguished member of the Hong Kong Management Association. Prior to his chairmanship, Koo was a director at Jardine Pacific. He later worked as the Marketing and Corporate Communications Director at China Light and Power. Koo ventured into education in the 1990s and founded Sam Wei Consultancy Limited in 2003, providing consulting services to businesses until its closure in 2017.
