Andriy Savovich Chernetsky (December 23, 1919 – December 26, 1990) was a Ukrainian Soviet industrialist and director of the Pervomaysk Sewing Factory. He was honored as the honorary citizen of the city of Pervomaisk in the Mykolaiv region.
