Vardan Eps. Tekeian was a Turkish Armenian Catholic clergyman, choir conductor, writer, editor, translator, and founder of charitable institutions. Born on March 5, 1921, in Adana, he emigrated to Lebanon in the same year. He significantly contributed to music and literature in the Armenian community and was known for his dedication to charitable work until his death in Tehran on April 12, 1999.
