Ventsislav Emilov Mitsov, known as Ventsi Mitsov, is a Bulgarian musician and politician. He served as a keyboardist for the band 'Hipodil' from 1993 to 2004, and 'Svetlio & The Legends' from 2006 to 2012. Since October 2015, he has been a municipal councilor in Sofia and a critic of music copyright policies in Bulgaria. Also a doctoral student, Mitsov completed his dissertation on countercultural musical audiences in Bulgaria, which earned him a 'doctor' degree in 2021. He is also a YouTube content creator focusing on political satire.
