He was a member of the Union of Writers of Belarus. His research interests included the connection between science and industrial production, the activities of the Communist Party of Belarus in strengthening ties between science and industry, and methods of preparing and delivering lectures. He began publishing in 1962 and became involved in literary work starting in 1990.
