Ludmil Krustev (Sandov) was a Bulgarian politician and member of the United Democratic Forces (SDS). He served as the mayor of Montana Municipality from October 1991 to October 1995. After his term, he worked as the secretary to the President of Bulgaria from 1997 to 2001 and later became the Deputy Governor of the Montana Province from 2011 to 2012. His political career also included candidacy for mayor from the GERB party in 2011. He was born on February 20, 1961, and passed away in Montana on December 29, 2012.
