Oleg Anatolievich Kozlovsky is a Ukrainian major general born on April 23, 1967, in Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Oblast. He has been an active participant in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) since the escalation of the conflict in Donbass and was one of the organizers of the prisoner exchange process in the ATO zone. He served as the head of the SBU in the Luhansk region from March 2015 to April 2018 and later headed the Operational Support Department of the National Police of Ukraine starting September 2018.
