Zohair Francis is an Arab Israeli singer born on March 7, 1965, in Haifa. He grew up in the Wadi Nisnas neighborhood and attended the Carmel High School there. Francis studied music under Hekmat Shaheen and Walid Ghanem and graduated from the Conservatory of Music in Haifa. Over his career, he has released nine albums and achieved recognition, including being named Singer of the Year in 2010 by Kol Israel radio station in the Arabic language.
