László Makkai is a Greek Catholic priest from Kisvárda, born on December 27, 1973. He works as a pastoral psychologist and counselor. Since 2011, he has served as a chaplain at the University of Miskolc, and has been the director of the Greek Catholic Higher Education and Cultural Student Residence and the Greek Catholic Romani College. From 2018, he became the director of the Romzsa Tódor Greek Catholic College. He is married, with two children.
