Nina Mikolaevna Khmyaleva (February 28, 1932 - April 30, 2000) was a Ukrainian and Belarusian scholar in the fields of hydroecology and zoology. She was an academician of the Petrovskaya Academy of Sciences in Saint Petersburg. Khmyaleva held a Doctor of Biological Sciences degree and was a professor, contributing extensively to her fields of expertise throughout her career.
