David Goldman (October 13, 1912 - August 28, 1993) was the second head of the local council of Kfar Tavor. He was elected to the position by consensus without official elections in 1954 and served for approximately 13 consecutive years until the end of 1967. During his tenure, Kfar Tavor made significant strides in absorbing new immigrants from various diasporas and improving their living conditions. He served as council head voluntarily without a salary.
