Flurә Ğalim'yән qızı Noğomanova (February 18, 1936 - February 18, 2021) was a mezzo-soprano singer and university teacher. She was awarded the title of People's Artist of the BSSR in 1991 and Honored Artist of the BASSR in 1980. A member of the Union of Theatre Workers since 1976, she was known for her significant contributions to the performing arts.
