Raisa Mogətasīm qızı Fazlyeva (born February 25, 1937) is a veteran in healthcare, higher education, and science, who has worked as a physician-therapist. Since 1975, she has been a teacher at Bashkir State Medical Institute and Bashkir State Medical University, serving as the head of the therapy department from 1987 to 2014. She earned her Doctor of Medical Sciences degree in 1988 and became a professor in 1989. Fazlyeva was recognized as an Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation in 2000 and as an Honored Physician of Bashkortostan in 1992.
