戴伯特 (1947年10月16日生) 是中華民國的二級上將及政治人物，出生於湖北省漢陽縣。他現在擔任中華黃埔四海同心會長，曾經是中國國民黨黃復興黨部的主委。他的軍事生涯始於臺北市立成功高中擔任軍訓教官，後晉升為少將並在陸軍服役。曾在聯勤司令任內經歷多起重大爆炸事故，2006年轉為總統府戰略顧問。
