Yan Baiqian (January 17, 1922 – October 3, 2009) was a Chinese Republic Army general of the second rank and the 11th president of the Whampoa Military Academy. He was born in Xinchang, Zhejiang, and graduated from the 16th infantry class of the Chengdu campus of the military academy.
