He Minxu (born October 1955) is a former Chinese politician from Shawo, Fujian. He served as Vice Governor of Anhui province and was a member of the Communist Party. He began work in 1971 and held various positions in Zhejiang and Anhui. However, he was convicted of bribery and sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve in December 2007. He was accused of abusing his power to gain benefits for others in land sales and project contracts, and accepting bribes worth millions.
