He Jinheng (February 13, 1919 - August 18, 2005) was a senior general in the People's Liberation Army of China who did not attain the rank of general officer. He participated in the Eighth Route Army in 1938 and held various positions, including commander of the artillery regiment in the 25th Army of the Third Field Army, and he served during the Korean War. He had a significant career as an artillery officer and school principal, later becoming the commander of the Second Artillery Corps before retiring in 1985.
