Hrayer Mikhailyan was a Soviet and Armenian military figure and a major general of state security. He served as the president of the KGB of the Armenian SSR from 1975 to 1978. Born on May 9, 1920, in Armenia, he had a significant role in the security apparatus of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic. He passed away in 1995 in Yerevan, Armenia.
