Jarosław Rafałko, also known as Jerry Rafalko, was an American Old Catholic priest of Polish descent, born on January 24, 1955, in Knyszyn, Poland. After studying at a seminary, he served as a Roman Catholic priest in several Polish parishes before moving to the USA in 1989. He joined the Polish National Catholic Church and became the bishop of the Western Diocese in 2020. Rafałko served various roles including parish priest and hospital chaplain, and he was active in community service until his death on July 13, 2023.
