Mikhail Viktorovich Plugarev (born January 13, 1983) is a Kazakhstani ice hockey player and coach. He played as a forward and represented the Kazakhstan national student team at the 2007 Universiade. After retiring from his playing career in 2014, he became a coach for a youth ice hockey team named 'Admiral', focusing on players born in 2008.
