John Chan Kin Chung (born August 7, 1984) is a Hong Kong entrepreneur, investor, and writer. He is the chairman of Jun Gao Holdings and the founder of the real estate private equity firm Star Concord Capital Group. He has published two financial books, "Cash Flow is King" and "Cash Flow is King 2" under the pseudonym 'Starman', both of which became bestsellers in Hong Kong, with a total of 13 editions printed over two years.
