Chen K'ai-ning, also known as Chen Feng-lei, is a Taiwanese politician and bartender born on February 2, 1995, in Yonghe District, New Taipei City. He is currently the chairman of the Pedestrian Zero Deaths Promotion Alliance. His political involvement began with organizing the Return the Road to the People march and later represented Taiwan Renewal in the 2020 legislative elections for New Taipei City's Ninth District, although he was unsuccessful. He ran again in 2024 for the same district and participated in various political activities, including the Bluebird Action rally.
