Grigory Mikhailovich Zhemela (born February 27, 1939) is a Ukrainian brigadier from the 'Progress' collective farm in the Nesterov district of Lviv Oblast. He started working as an ordinary collective farmer and became a brigadier in the 1960s. Zhemela was honored as a Hero of Socialist Labor in 1976 for his significant contributions to agriculture, achieving exemplary results in socialist competition. Following his retirement, he continued to reside in his native village of Zaborie.
