Saidya "Tzofafu" Alkai (December 24, 1929 - February 28, 1955) was a fighter and commander in the Paratroopers, holding the rank of Major. He was awarded the Medal of Courage for his actions. The operation in Khan Yunis was named after him, known as Operation Alkai. His legacy is honored for his bravery and leadership in military engagements.
