Ivan Mikhailovich Mazalyaka was a Belarusian Soviet statesman, born on May 23, 1931, in Yausevichy, Kopyl District, Minsk Region. He served as the Minister of Industrial Construction of the BSSR from 1979 to 1985 and then as the Deputy Minister of Industrial Construction of the USSR from 1985 to 1987. His contributions were significant during a crucial period in the history of Belarus and the Soviet Union.
