Luo Minqing, born on December 1, 1966, is a Taiwanese baseball player from Fuli Township in Hualien County. He played primarily as a designated hitter for the Uni-President Lions and the Cheng-tsai COBRAS. In 2001, he was awarded the league's Most Valuable Player (MVP) after 12 seasons in professional baseball. Luo moved to the Cheng-tsai COBRAS following the 'Sanbao Incident' after the 2004 season and returned to the Uni-President Lions in 2006. He served as a coach for both the first and second teams until 2010.
