Aleg Klimau is a Belarusian music journalist and critic, as well as a television presenter. He was born in 1964 in Leninsk, Kazakhstan. After completing his education at the Moscow Aviation Institute in 1988, he worked in various roles, including at the Minsk computing technology factory. His journalism career began in 1995, and he contributed to numerous publications, eventually becoming the editor-in-chief of 'Muzykalnaya Gazeta.' Klimau gained popularity for his work with 'Experty.by' and received the 'Lyra' music award for 'Best Journalist' in 2011.
