Berislav Pušić is a Croatian military commander from Bosnia and Herzegovina born on June 8, 1952, in Krivodol kraj Mostara. He became an officer in the Military Police of the Croatian Defense Council (HVO) in Mostar in 1992. On May 11, 1993, he was appointed as the HVO officer for cooperation with UNPROFOR. Later, on July 5, he became the head of the prisoner exchange service and on August 6, he was designated as the chairman of the commission responsible for HVO's prisons and detention facilities.
