葉耀星 (1953年5月13日—2018年7月14日) 是臺灣著名的有線電視節目主講者，曾主講《心海羅盤》。他於1993年曾在北京的廣播電台進行節目。他在台灣創辦了「心海羅盤善知識文教基金會」，推動教育與知識普及，並舉辦巡迴演講和發行書刊。有著豐富的教育背景，最終因大腸癌於2018年病逝。
