Chen Jingliang, known by his stage name Yang Fan, is a Taiwanese male artist born on February 16, 1958, in Taipei City. He began his career as a singer, later transitioning to become a popular variety show host. In 1988, he released the album 'Love's Bewilderment', which featured a visual kei performance style, making him a pioneer in Taiwan's visual kei scene. He gained fame for his role as 'Yang Popo' in the show 'Diamond Stage'. After a four-year hiatus, he returned to host 'I Love Bingbing Show' in November 2019.
