He served as the chief federal inspector for Stavropol Krai from February 12, 2021, to January 17, 2024, and held the position of mayor of Pyatigorsk from November 30, 2017, to April 16, 2020. In addition, he represented the governor of Stavropol Krai in the Caucasian Mineral Waters region from 2020 to 2021. He is recognized as a State Counselor of the Russian Federation of the 2nd class.
