Zhang Lu (December 8, 1917 – September 18, 2003) was a Chinese composer born in Luoyang, Henan. He served as the vice-chairman of the Heilongjiang Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and was an executive member of the Chinese Musicians' Association. He contributed significantly to the arts in China through his compositions and leadership in artistic organizations.
