Iraida Stepanovna Abroshina (born June 26, 1931) was a Soviet and Russian chess player and engineer. She was a multiple champion of the Volgograd region and achieved significant success in correspondence chess, winning the 1st Women's Championship of the RSFSR (1967-1968) and winning silver in the USSR Championship for Correspondence Chess. Abroshina contributed greatly to chess development in Volzhsky alongside her husband, MS Abroshin, with a memorial tournament held in their honor.
