Viktor Porfirievich Misnik (born May 26, 1948) is a Russian industrialist and scientist, holding a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree, and is a professor and educator. He served as the General Director and a member of the Board of Directors of the Kometa Corporation from 2012 to 2023. Additionally, he has been a board member at the Submicron Research Institute since 2012 and has been an honorary member of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia since 2008. He also leads a department at MIPT.
