Ekaterina Andreevna Salnikova (1928–2016) was a Soviet leader in the production of the chemical industry. She was a member of the Central Auditing Commission of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 1966 to 1971 and was a candidate for the Central Committee from 1971 to 1976. Salnikova was honored as a Hero of Socialist Labor in 1974 for her contributions.
